The candidate also resolves defects encountered during various testing cycles. Responsibilities: • The successful candidate will implement and support messaging/web services platforms. The position is technical and ?hands-on” and may require the candidate to be on pager duty as per a published schedule. • Consult with internal technology teams to configure and maintain messaging, web services platforms. • Coordinate with these groups when necessary to troubleshoot issues. • Provide on-call operational support. Analyze and provide problem resolution for complex technical issues. Identify potential improvements to increase the reliability, availability, supportability and performance of the underlying platforms. Technical Qualifications/ Skills: • B.S. in computer Science or equivalent experience required. • 5+ years of professional experience supporting enterprise platforms • Hands-on installation, configuration and maintenance Tibco EMS, BusinessWorks, HAWK Agent environments. This includes troubleshooting production issues, deploying application and configuration components. • Understanding of MFT patterns like AS2, Connect Direct. • Create, maintain, seek approvals for Change Requests required to deploy application configurations/rules to various environments • Production support of business applications: start and stop of application instances, troubleshoot application failures and diagnosing performance or reliability issues of applications.
