This position is responsible for the planning, development, analysis, and implementation of procedures and/or processes to design a sequence of steps for processing data through code. Interested candidates should have knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems to evaluate requests for new or modified programs, systems, or databases to determine feasibility, resource requirements, compatibility with current systems, and computer capabilities. This role will also be involved in locating and correcting program errors; testing, enhancing, maintaining and documenting the coded instructions for a variety of programs and systems; and may plan or direct the modification of programs to process data and solve data, database, system, or report problems. *Required Experience:* - Strong experience with data reporting, data mining, presentation and documentation of analytical methods related to healthcare data - SQL Server and/or Teradata experience writing complex queries to extract large amounts of healthcare data from a data warehouse - Experienced consulting with management, business customers, and systems analysis personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, suggest changes, and determine extent of programming and coding required - Skilled with financial dashboards - Previous experience working with relational database technology and mainframe systems - Proficient with healthcare information data analysis - Strong experience with SQL, Access, APL, or other relational database systems tools - Financial analysis experience is strongly preferred - Strong Excel – strong formula knowledge for manipulating and managing large volumes of data *PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:* Financial Analysis Experience – Strongly Preferred.
