*Note: Client is looking experience on **merchant payments (Planet Payment,
Fare Portal) rather than transaction banking .FED payments, CHIPS, SWIFT
and/or NACHA*


 *Job Description:*

 *          Lead / Participate analysis work with various customers:

   Customer requirement and gap analysis

   Solution design documentation

   Supporting delivery teams while enhancing product according to customer
requirements

   Providing onsite/offsite support to key customer tasks during product
implementations

   Provide product and industry consultancy to customers

*           Enhance and implement product implementation methodologies and
best practices (e.g. product configuration and Static data setup, product
requirement analysis, etc.)

*           Manage global services team in the region:

   HR and administration management for direct reports (10- 20 senior team
members)

   Professional management - mentoring & guidance for all SME's and BA's

   Focal point for project managers services requests in the region

   Task allocation for SME, BA's and testing resourcing in the region

   Business Development - Participate in services sales & GPP pre sale
support

*Requirements*

*           Well experienced with US and international payment systems

*           Well experienced with large banking software package analysis
and implementation. Experience with client's GPP is an advantage

*           Excellent customer facing, communication and interpersonal
skills

*           Ability to provide structured professional guidance to SME's
and BA's

*           Able to manage resources remotely. Direct team management
experience (15 resources or more) is a must.

*           Well organized - ability to initiate, manage and track tasks to
completion with coordination with client HR and Administration globally.

*           Experienced with customer training management is an advantage

*           Relevant academic background

*           Extensive travel may be required
