*Note : Need A Consultant ASAP.........!!!!!* *Job Title : Infrastructure Developer Location : Austin, TX Duration : 6+ Months Contract* This Sr. Developer/Analyst role will include but not be limited to the technical design, development, and unit testing of interfaces and data conversions for the implementation of a new COTS Meter Data Management System. The Interfaces will include inbound and outbound batch and real time interfaces to Master Data sources, Metering Head Ends (USC, Command Center, MV-90, MV-RS), Customer Care and Billing System (CC&B), and data exports to other systems. The Data Conversion will include tasks to verify, clean, transform, and prepare historical data files for a large data conversion using Oracle Stored procedures and SQL queries. *Specific Responsibilities:* Senior programmer / analyst must have implementation expertise with the technical design, development of efficient code, and unit testing of interfaces and data conversions. Interface experience must include batch interfaces, real-time interfaces using middleware, interface error handling, and governance, transforming and validating data in the middle tier using IBM Websphere Application Server, Websphere Process Server and Data Power technologies. Data Conversion experience must include verification, cleaning, transformation, and preparation of historical data files for a large data conversion using Oracle Database Stored procedures and SQL queries. Candidate must be meticulous in documenting design, unit testing and in following good practices for writing and documenting code.
