*CRM Skills:*

The CRM technical resource should have the following skills:

·         Good Knowledge in PeopleSoft CRM application modules like
HelpDesk, Marketing, Multichannel Framework and functionality related to
Support module like Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Customer Survey.

·         Good working experience in integration tools to write interface
between CRM and other PeopleSoft applications.

·         Good experience in PSQUERY and Crystal Reports to deliver various
analytical reports.

·         Good working experience in CRM Application and People Tools
upgrade.



*People Tools:*

Strong working knowledge of PeopleSoft core applications: PeopleTools,
PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, PeopleSoft Query,
Workflow, Crystal Reports and Data Management Tools.

*Minimum Requirements:*

The resource should have the following minimum required experience

·         At least 3 years of PeopleSoft CRM application hands on technical
experience

·         At least 4+ years of PeopleTools hands on work experience.

·         Understand and participated in PeopleSoft upgrade projects

·         3+ years of CRM application support experience.,
