Re-configuration of ELM module v9.1 to ensure accurate training, re-certification, and professional certification records are created, maintained and readily accessible to appropriate managers and employees 2. Troubleshoot functional and business process issues related to ELM module v9.1 3. Translate ELM module configuration to respective PeopleSoft users, IT staff and IT Management 4. Configure the ELM module v9.1 to support key initiatives including Qualification Requirements Report for training, Requirements Gap Analysis, Training Audit Process, Certification Management Process and Supplemental Learning Management Process 5. Work with other functional analysts and developers to determine the best technical approach and Fit-Gap of user requirements and ELM 6.
