The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability, flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple and changing priorities and be able to successfully collaborate with development teams, technology groups, and key business partners. *Responsibilities:* • Performing analysis, design, development and implementation of new reporting requirements and providing estimates to support timelines and deliverables. • Designing and building grids, graphs, scorecards, standard reports and dashboards. • Creating and/or enhancing report objects, metrics, filters and prompts. • Validating report results against requirement deliverables for accuracy. • Troubleshooting and analyzing data issues within reports • Collaborating with business partners to provide technical report assistance • Following and enhancing BI standards and best practices across the team • Ensuring optimal end user performance by establishing and consistently executing overall system performance assessment processes and associated action plans. *Qualifications:* Education/Certification: BS/BA in IT or related field or equivalent experience. *Experience Required: * • Extensive hands-on technical experience using data warehouse, business intelligence and analytics products. • Experience in working with building customer centric data models from disparate, siloed sources. • Experience in data analysis and mapping. • Expertise in the creation and usage of metadata. • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is strongly preferred. • Comprehensive understanding of systems, applications, and/or networks so that practical solutions can be provided that factor system performance, usability, quality, cross system interdependencies, and scalability. • Excellent written, verbal, and documentation skills required.
