The Consultants under this contract will: • Consult with BSE Knowledge Management Team and the CIO to understand the requirements for the completion of two existing business areas and of the creation and completion of the two new business areas; • Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues; • Develop, remediate, enhance, and refactor program code and Oracle Warehouse Builder objects to implement design solutions and to enhance code readability, efficiency, and maintainability; • Perform regression, unit, and integration testing of the design, as required; • Create and maintain technical specifications, including documentation of the following: program units and objects, processes, environment setup and configuration, solutions identified to resolve problems, test plans, business requirements, and design documents; • Report to the BSE Knowledge Management Team and CIO on the status of tasks and any issues encountered in applications; and • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to BSE Knowledge Management Team and programmers. *Minimum Qualifications:* The Consultants must possess the following minimum qualifications: • A Bachelor’s Degree (4-year degree); • Five years of experience developing and maintaining a data interchange system interfacing with a custom financial system (e.g., PeopleSoft or Oracle Applications); • Five years of experience working with an ETL tool such as Oracle Warehouse Builder or Oracle Data Integrator; • Five years of experience working with Oracle Business Intelligence (i.e., OBIEE, Discoverer, Oracle Reports); • Five years of experience with Oracle SQL; • Five years of experience with technical user documentation for knowledge transfers; and • Five years of experience with standardizing and streamlining complex SQLs to enhance performance. *Preferred Qualifications:* OSC will give preference to candidates with the following qualifications: • Strong communication skills working with both technical and non-technical people, including: o Strong presentation and verbal skills demonstrating the ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience, o Strong written skills with the ability to document technical designs, and o Strong instructional skills for mentoring and knowledge transfer through hands-on training. *Thanks & Regards,* *Adam Brad* ERP/EAI SERVICES |Consulting – Development – Staffing Tel Direct: 919-386-2044 | Fax 347-296-3797 Email: *a...@clearthoughtsolutions.com* <s...@clearthoughtsolutions.com> | *www.clearthoughtsolutions.com* <http://www.clearthoughtsolutions.com/> IM: adam.c...@gmail.com <d.ashokre...@gmail.com> *Partners in your Thought…* *Gateway to Succes* We respect your Online Privacy.
