Manage setup of warranty offerings and entitlement engine rules. Provide
subject matter expert assistance to MSCIS engineering, CSS agent tools
team, and production support. Run short term projects and participate in
UAT processes. Emphasis on Excel, business experience, communications,
ability to deal with system complexity, ambiguity, and rule logic. TFS,
SQL, and SAP experience a plus, but not required.
