The IAM SME will develop, deliver, and support solutions that establish user's credentials and processes for applying those credentials to secure and manage access and protect resources. Must be able to work with security engineers and development teams to define IAM best practices and solutions. Ability to work efficiently without supervision. Good at managing, prioritizing, and multitasking for himself/herself. Must present a polished, professional demeanor with good interpersonal skills. Proficient at verbal and written communication. *Responsibilities: *- Design, deliver, and support solutions to secure and manage access to protected resources across multi-site enterprise and data center environments - Configure, enhance, implement IAM products - Design and develop automated provisioning and reconciliation of IT resources - Serve as a liaison between the security team and the stakeholders to understand and formulate security requirements and solutions - Work independently and be able to lead a team of security professionals. - Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. - Train staff in security and incident response procedures. - Assist in development of roadmaps and participate in standards process for IAM solutions - Participate with security team to develop solution designs - Provide escalation support for operations and support teams, including root cause analysis and preventative analysis - Data and process integrity analysis - Review of existing Oracle HR data - HR Onboarding and Offboarding processes - Impact of changes to Oracle HR to downstream systems - Revision of Oracle HR notifications - Data management requirements of potential candidates for IAM integration - Data import requirements of potential candidates for IAM integration *Qualifications: *- Experience with Oracle IAM products - Experience with design, configuration, and implementation of directory services - Knowledge of securing resources in third party hosted cloud environments - Knowledge of security issues, techniques, and implications across computing platforms - Experience with PKI infrastructure and security services - Good understanding of security awareness training to users and IT Personnel and Business Continuity plans and processes - Candidates must be permanent residents of the United States and will be required to undergo a background check in order to gain access to sensitive information. *Desired: *- CISSP, CISA, GIAC, or Security+ certification - Experience with HIPAA, Privacy Act, DISA, NIST, or OMB regulations and standards - Flexibility to adapt and learn new programing languages and processes - Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills - Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, or Security or related fields.
