Sr. Salesforce Developer Duration: 10 months+ Location: NYC No H1 & OPT Webex hire Other duties as assigned Skills Required • 10+ overall experience in software development for web applications • 5+ years hands-on development experience with *Salesforce.com* • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API • Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers • Strong understanding and experience in OOP • Solid understanding of software design patterns Experience in one of these programming languages C#, Java • Experience using HTML, CSS, JavaScript • Strong understanding of web application aspects (session, cookie, authentication / authorization, HTTP protocol) • Solid understanding and experience in SOA (REST, SOAP) • Experience using *Salesforce *data and development tools (*Data Loader, Eclipse Force.com IDE)* • Strong understanding and experience using relational databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle) • Demonstrative success with at least one large *Salesforce.com* integration project • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users • Must have proven experience with Agile/extreme programming (XP) methodology. • Excellent spoken and written English, clear oral communication skills. • Must be willing and able to express new ideas, concerns and opinions directly to wider team in team meetings via teleconference. Must be proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, and results driven.
