Hi everyone, I'd like to announce a virtual community-building *workshop at ACM CSCW 2022 (Nov 8-12)*, "*Situating network infrastructures*," inviting practitioners, researchers, and policy folks from community and Internet access networks around the world. The purpose is to meet and talk about our shared problems, interests and goals in support of networks and networked technologies for empowerment in our various contexts, and to help bring together and align the work, attention, and resources of academic researchers and practitioners.
