Hi all, CSE 590F meets on Tuesdays at 1:30 in Gates 387.
This quarter will focus on a selection of papers related to ICTD (Information Communication Technology and Development). We will start with an organizational meeting tomorrow (Oct 1). We'll decide on a theme for weekly readings---they could be classic/foundational ICTD papers, new ICTD papers at recent conferences, or other suggestions as well.
