City implements "Phase III" of snow emergency plan. This means: only
authorized emergency vehicles are permitted on roadways.
The CVCBD put out the alert and the City's website also shows
Some park in Union Memorial's garage.

In this crazy weather, some utility wires are weighted down by ice or by
tree limbs that have a lot of ice on them.
In my own case, I have a dogwood in back. A thin branch had a huge
