I think Stokes forgot which radio station was interviewing him and showed his true colors. Regarding his assessment, if you look at Charles Village's other City Council representatives Mary Pat Clarke is of far greater service to the neighborhood and Belinda Conaway was the one championing the 25th Street Station development..... my grade = Fail.
