replaced, which may take some additional time, and in confirming that, despite
those few unreplaced RPP signs, whether the rush hour restriction
Please note: the Residential Permit Parking signs in the 2900 and 3000 blocks
of Saint Paul still indicate the peak hour restirctions in the west lane.
