FREE OUTDOOR MOVIES ON THE HOMEWOOD CAMPUS

Six family-friendly movies will be screened, free-of-charge, on Friday nights this summer on the Keyser Quadrangle of The Johns Hopkins Universitys Homewood campus, 3400 N. Charles St. in Baltimore.

Hopkins Summer Outdoor Films premieres Friday, June 22. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to the green in front of Gilman Hall, informally known as the upper quad, which will be transformed into an open-air theater. Live music begins at 7:30 p.m. Hot dogs, burgers, nachos, candy and drinks will be sold. (No alcoholic beverages permitted.) Each movie will start around 8:30 p.m., or as soon as it gets dark. Shriver Hall Auditorium is the rain location for each show.

The films in the series are:

? June 22, "It Happened One Night." Pre-show performance by

Lafayette Gilchrest.
