I find that hard to believe. The majority of our items were from $0.25 to $1,
including shorts/shirts/sweaters for $1. Considering that most vendors
reported that they sold almost everything, I'd say you were in the minority.

There were 14 different households selling wares independently so I think it is
interesting that you found all of the prices high. I guess it is always the
choice of the buyer to try to negotiate down at a yard/sidewalk sale and the
choice of the seller to sell their items for a price
