I called UPS two days ago because the UPS driver was dropping packages off on
the front porch without ringing the door bell. I was told by the supervisor
that the driver is ALWAYS supposed to ring the door bell before leaving a

I certianly understand why you cannot receive personal
deliveries at work. I wonder if any of the small businesses
in Charles Village might occasionally be willing to receive parcels for
residents. Images used to receive packages for some of their

Last October I ordered some items for a Halloween costume. According to USPS
they claimed it was delivered and signed for on a particular date. When I
checked online, the date and time it stated when it was signed and delivered
was the same time I was on the front porch with my spouse

receive packages.
We get daily deliveries from USPS, UPS, FEDEX and others. When e-mailing or
calling us, mention that you are a neighbor from Charles Village.
Our hours are Monday to Friday
