[Chat] Snow Emergency Routes
Please see the message below which I copied from The Baltimore Sun's website: February 8, 2010 Baltimore to start towing cars from snow emergency routes Baltimore will tow cars parked on snow emergency routes, according to city officials. Remember, Phase II of the snow emergency plan is in effect. Drivers can park their cars for free in some school parking lots and in city-owned garages in Little Italy, Federal Hill, Fells Point and downtown Baltimore. With temperatures in the 20s today though, digging out one's car does not seem like a pleasant pastime. I just heard on the radio that, starting tonight, the city will be towing cars parked on Calvert street. Is that true? If it is true, provided I can even get my car out... where do I put it? Does anyone know of any free garages or parking lots in the neighborhood? -- A failure is not always a mistake, it may simply be the best one can do under the circumstances.
