We love One World Cafe for brunch. I stopped by Moxie's and found out that they have mostly all the same hair cutters/stylists (if you can call them that) as they did when it was Tempachi. Honestly, that is good for the stylists who kept their jobs with the change in ownership, but it is also disappointing because my hair and Eric's hair has been butchered every time we had gone there, and we don't require anything fancy. Unfortunately, Eric kept trying it multiple times, but the results were always the same---BAD. I really don't understand why it is so challenging for people to cut a man's hair in an even, tapered when they do it all day long every day. If anyone has a recommendation for a good barber/men's hair stylist in the area (not too expensive), we would love to hear about one. Thanks. Lauren _ The New Busy is not the old busy. Eric should try Marion Acero of Just Cut It (right next to Video Americain). She does a great job and I like the way my hair grows out between cuts. With a 10% discount for CVCA members the haircut will be a couple dollars more than Moxies. I second the endorsement of Marion. She's been cutting my hair since 1995 when I moved into St. Paul Court apartments. I followed her all around CV until she bought Just Cut It. I have curly hair and she does a great job. Emil finally switched after a couple of bad haircuts at TenPachi. She really cares about her customers. She lowered her prices because she knew some of her customers were struggling in the bad economy. I haven't lost my job so I insist on paying the old rate. Also, for her long time loyal customers, she was giving free haircuts before their job interviews. Hey, that's the kind of relationship you don't get at a cheap haircut chain. -Kathleen On Sat, Jun 19, 2010 at 11:55 PM, John Spurrier jfs...@hotmail.com wrote: Eric should try Marion Acero of Just Cut It (right next to Video Americain).
