Waverly Branch of the Enoch Pratt Free Library 400 E. 33rd Street (near the

Admission and activities are all free

Children's Program 10 AM to 1 PM Balloon Sculpting, Face Painting, Crafts and 
Stories tied to our theme and Little Builders -- come and get crafty with us.

Adult Crafting Session 1 PM to 2 PM

Free Book Appraisals by Allen's BookShop 2 PM to 3 PM

Book Sale, Bake Sale and Silent Auction All Day

Book Donations may be made directly to the Waverly Branch (no text books, no 
books missing covers please) send an email to aggir...@girouxdevelopment.com if 
you require a donation slip for tax purposes.

Silent Auction Donations of fine wine, rare books, gift baskets, various luxury 
items and services may be left at 4102 Greenway Baltimore 21218 (near Sherwood 
Gardens) on the porch or may be mailed. Please provide name and mailing address 
for your gift acknowledgment letter.

Businesses and individuals who wish to make financial contributions may do so 
by mailing a check payable to Waverly Friends EPFL to Waverly Friends Attn: Ann 
Giroux 4102 Greenway Baltimore MD 21218. The little bit of money raised at 
Waverly BookFest helps us run the Waverly Tutoring Initiative (after school 
tutoring for school age children) all year long. Small checks make a big 
difference for the program!

Business Sponsorships are $250 and are acknowledged in event literature (Thank 
You O'Malley's Antiques for your support for the past several years.)

Individual Sponsorships are $250. (thank You Claire and Lee Miller of Guilford 
for several years of support)

Neighborhood Sponsorships are $50. (Thank You Guilford Association, Oakenshawe 
Improvement Association, Roland Park Civic League and Waverly Improvement 
Association for your support this year.)

In-Kind Gifts such as catering, printing, and school and art supplies, or art 
music and other classes for our students are welcome and recognized in our 
event program (Thank
You Mt. Washington Whole Foods and Graphic Imaging)

Waverly Friends is a 501 c(3) through affiliation with parent organization 
City-Wide Friends. All donations to Waverly Friends are acknowledged with a 
letter for tax purposes. Donors are listed in the day's program.

We need volunteers for Waverly BookFest -- and all year long. We need volunteer 
tutors, special event volunteers, volunteers to assist staff, and volunteers 
with unique skills (youth instructors, writers, PR) Call Ann Giroux at (410) 
889-6484 to inquire about volunteer opportunities. *** We are especially in 
need of someone with an accounting/finance background at this moment ***
