I have a dilemma. A friend of mine converted his 69 SS to a 700R and I picked up his just rebuilt M-22 4spd with brand new Hurst Competition Plus linkage (less chrome arm) also with all clutch parts for a price I could not refuse. I would prefer an M-21 for my 65 Malibu. Anyone interested

I am new to the list, so I just wanted to say hi, and I have a question. I have had a 68 chevelle 2 door post car for about 5 years now. I just recently found the chevelle tech board (AWESOME place), and I have heard several people refer to my car as a 300. Can anyone tell me what that is?

Hi Trevor: welcome aboard! The 300 was basically the entry level no frills chevelle. plenty of fleet cars were 300s. any options on one are a rare item. Maybe a radio but most likely that would be it. Larry
