The balloting period is from whenever you receive the ballot until the last moment of Monday, July 19, in any time zone, which is equivalent to noon July 20 in UTC. Eligible voters are those who have registered for this election, or those who were registered in the most recent Steering Committee election, the R6RS plebiscite, and/or the R7RS-small plebiscite. All registrations received before noon July 20 UTC will be counted. -- weirdo: When is R7RS coming out?
