I#ve just extracted a list-only version of the macro-writing routines
(macro-rules and friends) from the bindings egg and put it into the new
egg "procedural-macros". The corresponding code will be removed from the
bindings egg in the near future.

This is a handy interface, thanks for extracting it.
FWIW, it looks like the procedural-macros *procedure* (the documentation
procedure) isn't exported. I'm not sure if that's intentional or not,
but it's mentioned on the wiki page.
