New..Yaesu FT-4X...never been programmed, won't download & doesn't offer an
Upload option. Chirp starts ...then error...failed to communicate with radio:
Incorrect ACK on serial report.
ANY help appreciated.

I need to get back into CHIRP programming, so I guess I'll fire up my FT-4X and
play some more.
