Question, have all the strings been translated? I tried Spanish and
saw some untranslated stuff, i.e. IDS_OPEN_FILE_DIALOG_TITLE,
IDS_OMNIBOX_SEARCH_HINT_INFOBAR_TEXT, and
IDS_BLACKLIST_MESSAGE. I think these all made it in before the deadline.
