I'm not sure if it works with this particular clock, but there is a
program that works as a SHM refclock and can be used with chrony.

[chrony-users] Chrony compatibility with hardware clock

2017-07-13 Thread g
Hi all,

I have an older Gude Expert Mouse Clock (still sold) wich is attached
via RS232 serial connection to my computer. With a test tool, provided
by Gude, the clocks works flawlesly. Further, the ntpd from ntp.org
works well with this clock but I don't want to install this ntpd. I
want chrony.

Can anybody provide information how to configure chrony to work with
this clock (a dcf77 clock)?

Regards
Goran
