British police are in talks with the FBI about setting up an international
database with details of irises, palms and fingerprints to help catch criminals
and terrorists, it has been revealed.
Swiss referendum also but this as recent as around 1980. They were voting
on if or not to ban 'secret banking'. From what I heard it was not passed
mainly because it would move someplace else and be done badly. Cayman
Islands would be overcrowded.
