The former terror suspects say MI5 and MI6 assisted in their abduction, treatment and interrogation. Five Brits and three foreign nationals living here say they were put on CIA "torture flights" to the prison camp in Cuba. Moazzam Begg – held for three years – said the case revolves around MI5 and MI6's "complicity in the abuse of British citizens". Two writs were served. The first, issued at London's High Court, names Libyan Omar Deghayes, Jordanian Jamil el-Banna, and Iraqi Bisher al Rawi. The second names Brits Begg, Richard Belmar and the so-called Tipton Three – Rhuhell Ahmed, Shafiq Rasul and Asif Iqbal.
