It is understood that the parallel so-called 'Bretton Woods Settlement', involving funds due to 37 countries, were also frozen at the same time. The order for the funds to be frozen was issued by President George Bush Jr. while he was en route to the G-8 Summit Meeting in St Petersburg, in mid-July. The Federal Reserve, which is a private organisation owned mainly by foreigners, is believed to have instructed Bank of America, Richmond, VA, where the funds are located and held in the name of Leo Wanta/AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc., not to credit them to an existing account for access by the Trustor and owner of the funds, Leo Wanta, and his trading corporation. The funds accumulated for The Wanta Plan, amounting to $4.5 trillion, were assembled in May and June this year, pursuant to the accord between Leo Wanta/AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc. and the US Treasury and other key parties approved in principle in November 2005, and signed in December. The funds belong to the Trustor and his trading corporation and are not the property of Bank of America, the Federal Reserve, the Treasury or any other party. The agreement was reached after the veteran Treasury/Secret Service agent Leo Wanta surfaced last year, having been falsely pronounced by the CIA to be dead. Ambassador Wanta was illegally incarcerated, scammed and held under house arrest for many years after having refused demands by Presidents George H W Bush Sr. and William Jefferson Clinton for funds to be diverted for their personal benefit, and after identifying the wrongful diversion of $1.0 billion into an account for Pilgrim Investments/Jorge (George) Bush in August 1989. The reappearance of this upright Treasury/Secret Service financial agent after years of absence, after the CIA had lied for years that he was dead, delivered a high-voltage electric shock to the criminal gangs operating deep inside the US structures. These are led by arrogant and powerful intelligence 'barons', and their compromised intelligence, banking and legal associates. Such people now understandably fear that they are all going to be exposed, arrested and indicted for their serial corruption crimes over the years. Under The Wanta Plan, approved in final detail this year by the US Treasury and the White House itself, the US Treasury is to receive $1.6 trillion of windfall tax payments, representing tax payable at 35% on $4.5 trillion, and then at least $96 billion per banking day following the delayed start-up of prearranged AmeriTrust Groupe, Inc. trading operations. A further, similar aggregate tax amount per banking day will be payable to the US Treasury/Internal Revenue Service arising from parallel transactions with other US parties, generating an estimated aggregate $200 billion every banking day for the Treasury. In addition, the State of Virginia is to receive an initial windfall tax remittance totalling $270 billion, plus of course further payments arising from the planned ongoing financial trading transactions. Substantial continuing tax remittances will additionally be payable to the state of Pennsylvania, as the Treasurer of AmeriTrust Group, Inc. is resident in that state and will be associated with large ongoing financial transactions there, ensuring windfall tax remittances to Pennsylvania, as well. IT IS ILLEGAL TO STOP A TAXPAYER PAYING TAX Preventing a taxpayer from paying tax is a felony. A taxpayer has a duty to pay tax, so that anyone impeding a taxpayer from meeting his obligations to the Internal Revenue Service is committing a crime. It is understood that no-one who commits this felony is immune from prosecution. Hence this even applies to holders of the highest offices, including the Presidency and the Chairmanship of the Federal Reserve Board. "Our countries must keep their hands at the ready on the sword," Chavez, in ex-Soviet Belarus as part of a world tour, said on a visit to a military academy. "After a day of intensive work, we have created a strategic alliance between our countries," he said, speaking through an interpreter. "It is absolutely vital to protect our homeland, to guard against internal and external threats." "The jaws of imperialism and hegemonism have both us and Belarus in their grip." Chavez did not give details about what the alliance would involve. He is a bitter critic of the United States and proclaims socialist ideals to unite South America against Washington's influence. Lukashenko runs a Soviet-style command economy. Washington says he runs the last dictatorship in Europe. Belarus is subject to European Union and U.S. sanctions after Western observers accused him of rigging his own re-election in March. Like Chavez in Venezuela, Lukashenko has strong support with poor voters. "The number of countries in the world which resist the forces of dictatorship is growing," said Lukashenko, standing alongside him at the military academy. It also follows a WND exclusive interview last week in which Abu Nasser, second-in-command of the Al Aqsa Martyrs Brigades terrorist group, warned it is only a "question of time" before Palestinian terror groups and other Islamic organizations in the Middle East target the U.S. both abroad and on the home front. According to Israeli security officials, Abu Nasser and the overall leader of the Al Aqsa Brigades in northern Samaria, Ala Senakreh, coordinate their groups activities directly with Hezbollah. Sources in the Brigades admitted to WND they work in tandem with Hezbollah, which they say provides funding and training. "The Americans deserve to be targeted because of their support to the enemy. ... It is a question of time before the revolutionary organizations in the Middle East will start targeting the Americans," said Abu Nasser, speaking to WND from Nablus. The Al Aqsa Brigades, the declared "military wing" of Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah party, is responsible for scores of rocket and shooting attacks, and together with Islamic Jihad for every suicide bombing since last February's so-called cease-fire. "One can say that these threats are just rhetoric, but the near past proved that these threats come more and more into reality," said Abu Nasser. "Believe me, it is a new era and I am suggesting to the American people to adopt a different policy and strategy because very soon they will deal with a unified Muslim world, but without the help of their agents in the Middle East." The Al Aqsa Brigades is not thought to possess the ability to attack inside the U.S., but there are concerns its ally, Hezbollah, has infiltrated and is seeking to attack. Hezbollah representatives in Iran warned last week the group stood ready to target U.S. and Israeli interests worldwide. American law enforcement officials said they are taking the Hezbollah threats seriously. "Because of the heightened difficulties surrounding U.S.-Iranian relations, the FBI has increased its focus on Hezbollah," said FBI spokesman Paul Bresson in Washington. "Those investigations relate particularly to the potential presence of Hezbollah members on U.S. soil." William Kowalski, assistant special agent in charge of the FBI in Detroit, asked, "If the situation escalates, will Hezbollah take the gloves off, so to speak, and attack here in the United States, which they've been reluctant to do until now?" Detroit is home to one of the largest Muslim communities in the United States. Hezbollah sympathizers have been caught fund-raising in the city. Two men pled guilty earlier this month to racketeering charges in which a smuggling ring based in Michigan is accused of funneling profits to Hezbollah. U.S. law enforcement agencies reportedly have indications Hezbollah agents are on U.S. soil and may be planning attacks. In May, the New York Post cited law-enforcement and intelligence officials stating Hezbollah may be planning to activate sleeper cells in New York and other big cities as the U.S. confrontation with Iran escalates. The sources told the Post about a dozen hard-core supporters of Hezbollah are operating in the New York area. They said the possible Hezbollah agents have been placed under heavy surveillance. Hezbollah never has launched a strike on U.S. soil, but prior to al-Qaida's Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, it was responsible for more American deaths than any other terrorist group. Hezbollah is accused of attacking the U.S. embassy in Lebanon, killing 63, and of a spate of kidnappings and murders of Americans in Lebanon. Hezbollah's deadliest attack against Americans was the 1983 bombing of Marine barracks in Beirut that killed 241 U.S. servicemen. This information, of course, dovetails most precisely with what Sibel Edmonds has been hinting at for over 3 years now; that targets of FBI investigations linked with the Turkish embassy and Turkish organizations were involved in narcotics trafficking. It is clear the Baybasin gang and the secular factions in Turkey had a seemingly symbiotic relationship, with the government providing the traffickers diplomatic passports and thus free reign to travel around the world without fear of prosecution. Also involved in the scandalous Turkish drug running are the very notorious, Pope-killing Grey Wolves, a fascist organization connected to human rights abuses in Turkey. As for who else besides Hastert might have been on the payroll of Mr. Baybasin and friends- we turn next to the Executive Branch. In an interview with Chris Deliso of antiwar.com, Edmonds hinted at key roles played by some powerful unelected officials-important Neoconservatives like Marc Grossman of the State Department, and Richard Perle and Douglas Feith, formerly of the Defense Department. If we hit the rewind button and go back to a CBS 60 Minutes’ interview in October, 2002, we remember the ex-contract linguist stated that Turkish targets of FBI investigation had spies inside the U.S. State Department and at the Pentagon in order to “obtain the United States military and intelligence secrets.” It doesn’t take a genius to conclude that Grossman, Feith and Perle might have been the persons to whom she was referring in 2002. Furthermore, the language specialist has repeatedly stated in past interviews that investigations into pre-9/11 terrorist financing activities were blocked “per State Department request”, leaving open the question whether it was Mr. Grossman, then Undersecretary of State for European Affairs, who actively hindered investigations into the Turkey-Bin Laden link.Perle and Feith are an interesting case in this hidden scandal. Their consultancy, International Advisors (IA), has done extensive work for the Republic of Turkey, though it is questionable who is paying the invoices. Ms. Edmonds rhetorically asked the question of Phoenix radio personality Charles Goyette in January 2006, “For what [were they paid]? One could imagine, hypothetically, that passing state secrets might be one “service” provided to the Turkish mafia/government by IA. But would Perle and Feith have gone beyond that? Would they have introduced the Turkish mafia types to Denny Hastert, and counseled “deep state” interests in how to skirt U.S. campaign finance laws? After all, the Turks were reported to have made their initial payments from 1996-1998 through “unitemized (less than $200) contributions”, after which they allegedly delivered suitcases of cash to the Speaker’s front door. Someone had to teach them the intricacies of campaign finance law: was it IA? What we do know is that Perle was a key architect of the Israeli/Turkish alliance forged in the late 90s, and that Edmonds case also is connected to the AIPAC spy scandal- leaving lots of room for speculation on how the rest of the story pans out.As messy and ugly as this, for lack of a better phrase, “Turkish DeepState Gate” scandal appears, the consequences of continuing to do nothing about it- of allowing the government’s outrageous use of ‘state secrets’ to insure Dennis Hastert, Richard Perle, Douglas Feith, Marc Grossman and others are never investigated, could be horrific. Ms. Edmonds plans to take petitions to the Senate Judiciary Committee in the coming months to finally force full and open hearings on her case. She will try to do the type of lobbying that does not involve foreign bribery or ill-gotten gains. This will be the simple type of petitioning guaranteed of every citizen in the Constitution under the First Amendment, a long forgotten portion of the Bill of Rights. But the guests checking in next weekend - globetrotting politicians, hotshot analysts and senior executives from Rupert Murdoch's mighty News Corporation - are not here to relax. They will gather for one of the media empire's legendary conferences, an intellectual beauty parade before one of the most powerful men on the planet. Careers will be made and broken this weekend, millions staked or withheld. The man described by a Downing Street spin doctor as the hidden member of Tony Blair's cabinet is looking to the future: and the decisions Murdoch makes could change the way you read, watch, consume and, perhaps, even vote. Which is why Blair is going. The fortunes of New Labour and News Corp have always been entwined, but just how closely is now emerging. The Observer can reveal the extraordinary efforts Blair and Murdoch make to conceal their relationship, even arranging clandestine meetings abroad because the tycoon regarded Downing Street as too public. Also clear for the first time is the belief among senior aides that Blair would have held a referendum on the euro had it not been for the Eurosceptic Murdoch newspapers. It can also be disclosed that News International's latest lobbying offensive is against the BBC's bid for a significant rise in its licence fee. Murdoch fears the above-inflation increase would give the corporation an unfair advantage in developing new markets. But does Murdoch really wield the unhealthy influence his enemies claim, skewing the British political debate thanks to the sheer number of his media outlets - or is he just one among many voices, and one that, so News Corp insiders protest, is often ignored by the Government? And can Labour keep his support once Blair steps down? Gnomic utterances from the tycoon last month, indicating that he could back either Gordon Brown or David Cameron at the next election, have only intensified the battle for his affections. Asked on US television yesterday what he thought of Cameron, the brutal retort was 'not much' - but while Brown is still ahead in his esteem, the tycoon has doubts about him as well. 'He's sending a signal, which is, "My vote is up for grabs and you've got to work for it",' says one ex-minister. At Pebble Beach they will ponder the future of the media in a digital era - and the future of the planet, with former presidential candidate Al Gore screening his film on climate change. But this is also about Blair's future, and ultimately New Labour's. His invitation is partly a personal tribute, a signal that Murdoch wants an 'enduring relationship' with Blair once he leaves Downing Street. 'Being a friend of Rupert's is a very valuable thing in America,' says one of Murdoch's intimates, who argues the media magnate will want to offer the departing premier a job. Choosing Blair also, however, avoids having to invite, and therefore endorse, either Brown or Cameron... just yet. Because for all its fabled power, Murdoch's flagship newspaper is now almost as nervous as Labour about its choice. The Sun's reputation depends on backing winners and, unsure which way the electorate is now swinging, it knows if it picks the loser next time, it may end up looking like a chump. 'People are beginning to question whether it's got the political clout it had. If you call this wrong then I think a lot of people will say, "It's now dead as a political force,"' says one former News International executive. The two sides teeing off in California are more evenly matched than they look. It was Neil Kinnock - convinced the Sun's hostility cost him the 1992 election - who persuaded Blair to take the tabloid seriously. Within months of Blair's coronation as leader of the Labour Party, the carefully courted Murdoch was telling his editors this was 'someone you could imagine people voting for'. His blessing matters not just because a man who owns a paper that reaches 42 per cent of the reading market should know what makes people tick. Chasing the Sun's endorsement in 1997 after decades of support for the Tories symbolised New Labour's coming of age. 'It was what a party wanting to be in government would do,' explains one architect of the New Labour project. The mission came to be launched in hope rather than in expectation. The doucmentary, Apollo 11: The Untold Story, brings out several lacunae that would have caused a disaster. The uncertainty was so strong that the then US president Richard Nixon had even prepared an address to the nation announcing that the three astronauts Neil Armstrong, Edwin Aldrin and Michael Collins had died in a space mishap. Aldrin, now 76, interviewed by the documentary makers, narrated how he found to his dismay that a vital switch got damaged as one of the astronauts brushed against it in a bulky spacesuit. He said as he looked around some of the lunar dust on the floor, he found there was something that did not belong to the Moon a broken part of a circuit breaker. That was a vital link for the trio to return to the earth in safety. "In the countdown procedure, I used a pen, one of several that we had on board that didn't have metal on the end, and we used that to push the circuit breaker in." The documentary provides an account of the crisis when the landing module was thrown off course by a computer breakdown as it was about to land. Armstrong managed to land with just 15 seconds of fuel left. There were problems about escape procedures for the astronauts. Classified documents that have been made public indicate Nasa never told the astronauts the escape procedures could be useless as they would work only if the Saturn V rocket that powered their craft had broken off. The US government had ordered ground control to cut links with the astronauts if a disaster occurred. They was more concerned about the world watching. Aldrin also revealed that he and other astronauts had reported seeing a UFO during the flight, but Nasa had covered it up. He said, "There was something out there, close enough to be observed, and what could it be? Former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Texas and member of President Bush's Corporate Fraud Task Force Michael T. Shelby, 47, shot himself to death at his home in northwest Houston on July 18, according to Houston police. The police immediately ruled out foul play in the suicide death of Shelby who served as chief U.S. prosecutor in Houston from 2001 to 2005 when he joined the law firm of Fulbright Jaworski where he worked on corporate fraud cases. Shelby was reported to be suffering from cancer. Shelby first worked for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Houston in 1989, moved to Phoenix, and in 2001 returned to Houston to take the U.S. Attorney's job. More interestingly, Shelby, as U.S. Attorney, recused himself from investigating those involved in the Enron scandal, including Ken Lay, Jeffrey Skilling, and Andrew Fastow. In January 2002, former Enron Vice Chairman Cliff Baxter allegedly shot himself to death in his car near his Houston home. Former Enron Chairman Ken Lay died suddenly of a heart attack earlier this month in Aspen, Colorado. Condeleeza Rice laid out a plan today 7/25/2006 for disarming private armies in southern Lebanon and replacing them with private armies from New Orleans. Apparently a private army in southern Lebanon made the mistake of building a hospital and hosting two Israeli soldiers in a mediterranean resort at a seminar on POW exchange as a gesture of Israeli commitment to withdraw from Golan Heights asap. Bush Warco's private air force has been disarming itself in southern Lebanon, ridding itself of US bombs and rockets by dropping them from six hundred US fighter jets and firing rockets from hundreds of US helicopters. Bush Warco mercenary air force operates under light cover, using Israeli nationals to pilot US weapons platforms and deliver US munitions to civilian targets in southern Lebanon. Bush Warco's attempt to disarm its private air force by delivering all ordinance in inventory has met with serious resistance. It seems that the US has been resupplying its private air force with new bombs and rockets from the US faster than US warplanes can be disarmed by bombing and rocketing apartment buildings, refugee columns, hospitals, muslim and Christian residential neighborhoods, soccer mom minivans, and ambulances in southern Lebanon. After hurricane Katrina, Alabama national guard commandant, General Russell Honore, disarmed forward elements of Bush Warco's private army near the New Orleans convention center. Lower your goddamn weapons, Honore ordered the privateers. Bush Warco's private army in New Orleans did not rebuild the hospital, and Bush Warco's private air force has bombed the hospital in Tyre, Lebanon, which private army Hezbollah built. Bush Warco's private air force also rockets Christian Lebanese ambulances, easily differentiated from the air by a red cross on the roof, as opposed to a red crescent on the roof of ambulances from the bombed Hezbollah hospital. Hezbollah was able to chase Bush Warco's private air and ground forces out of southern Lebanon once before, but there is not much hope those private forces will succeed in disarming themselves. In addition to US resupply with bombs and rockets and spare parts, Bush Warco's private troops from New Orleans will not be rebuilding the hospital in Tyre, Lebanon, either. 11,000 FEMA trailers near the airport in Hope, Arkansas, await transport by privatized cargo jets to southern Lebanon, to be used as base housing by Bush Warco private armies from New Orleans, to prevent the Hezbollah private army from rebuilding the hospital Hezbollah built and Bush Warco private air force bombed in Tyre.
