North Iraq Under the American occupation, with 360,000 American gangs occupying the country we see many signs of either crimes or corruption every day along all Iraq. A 17 years old Iraqi student girl decided to convert to Islam (That is not very strange in the legacy although rare). She belongs to the YAZEEDI minority. This is a religion of about 3000 to 4000 years old. The minority live in a place called Sinjar, western Mosul. Their population is about 30,000 people. They live always in peace. I am not so updated about the conditions in Sinjar, but the Yazeedis decided to attack this girl and she was beaten, layed down, kicked by foot of about 50 people who surround her till she died. I don't like to publish the URL for the very awful video which shows that, sadly some of those crazy criminal people were holding mobile cameras to take snap shots while continue kicking this girl who was wearing red jacket and black skirt. Islamically she is now in the upper level of heavens. However on earth, this matter created some tension. The Kurdish military gangs of Barazani has the upper say in this place with the blessing of Americans who are well known to protect all the gangs all over the world. Because the Barazani gangs appreciated this action, they gave full protection to the killers. Very strangly the Barazani gangs claim now that Yazeedis are Kurds. Something we never heard about before. But the Barazani gang with Americans support is dreaming about the borders of his future country, and he is expanding it every day few cities more. (He claimed Kirkuk Kurdish. A very cheap lie indeed) Some brave and angry Iraqi commandos taught the Kurdistan Party a good lesson. They attacked the party center in Zummar (a nearby village), and killed all the gangs in and destroyed completely the office. In fact this was also a sign of rejection of this Kurdish/ Barazani occupation to western of Mosul. The last thing happening after some public attacks to some Yazeei men, that Barazani wants all Mosul including its west till the Saudi borders claiming that Yazeedis are Kurds and they have to be protected. The reason Barazani using for his claim is very weak, criminal and stupid. He heard that politicians take opportunities of some troubles to gain some advances. But as a stupid idiot man he chose the worst event to claim his demands. It is in line with Bush IQ. Mosul people will surely punish the killers the punishment they deserve as long as the coward Americans and Zionist Barazani are supporting killers and destroying Iraq by diffrent ways. THE NEWSApril 30, 2007 -- A TALE OF TWO TRIALS: INFLUENCE PEDDLING, JUDGE SHOPPING, AND DIRTY PROSECUTORS On May 2, US Federal Judge Peter Messitte will again take up the case of Ken Ford’s request for access to government documents, including trial transcripts, in order to facilitate his appeal for conviction of possessing classified National Security Agency documents at his Waldorf, Maryland home. The government, through US Attorney for Southern Maryland Rod J. Rosenstein and the original prosecuting attorney, Assistant US Attorney for Southern Maryland David Salem, is arguing that release of the transcripts contain classified information and, therefore, must be withheld under the provisions of the Classified Information Procedures Act. Ford was set up in a clumsy Justice Department, FBI, and NSA Security Division operation to punish him for his May 2003 signals intelligence (SIGINT) analysis report that concluded, based on intercepts of Iraqi communications, there was no truth to the Bush administration’s claim that there were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Ford’s report, with his name and that of his supervisor on it, ended up on Vice President Dick Cheney’s desk. From that time on, Ford was a marked man for the neo-con cabal operating within the White House, Justice Department, Pentagon, and US Intelligence Community senior staff. The Bush administration, using an FBI confidential informant with documented ties to two intelligence contractors, TASC and Bearing Point, planted a classified document in Ford’s home after she had struck up a relationship with the NSA analyst and former uniformed Secret Service officer who guarded President Bill Clinton. Ford was convicted in December 2005 of possessing classified information and making a false statement to a government agent. In March 2006, Ford was sentenced to six years in prison. Messitte refused to allow Ford to remain free pending an appeal of his conviction. Just as the case with other US Attorneys around the country who were “loyal Bushies” and kept their jobs while a number of other US Attorneys were fired for political reason, the US Attorneys office for Southern Maryland is rife with political malfeasance, especially in the Federal Public Defender’s Office. The Ford case was highlighted by judge shopping, suborning perjury from witnesses, jury tampering, witness badgering, questionable fraternization between the chief prosecutor and the public defender, and using the Classified Information Procedures Act (CIPA) to withhold evidence from the defense.Uneven scales of justice in two cases in neighboring jurisdictions: the Ford and Rosen-Weissman cases. Compare the Ford case to the case of the two former American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) officials, Steve Rosen and Keith Weissman, charged with illegally receiving classified information from convicted former Pentagon intelligence official Larry Franklin. Unlike the Ford case, the Rosen-Weissman case involved the passing of classified CIA information to a foreign intelligence agency – Israel’s Mossad. Last month, US Federal Judge for Eastern Virginia T. S. Ellis ruled against prosecutors who also wanted to invoke the CIPA provisions to withhold classified information from the defense team representing Rosen and Weissman, both of whom are charged with violating the 1917 Espionage Act. The Rosen-Weissman lawyers are viewed as trying to “graymail” the prosecution by forcing a delay in the trial or withdrawal of charges by forcing the disclosure of classified information. The Rosen-Weismann team are arguing that the government seeks to try their clients based on “secret evidence” and the Coalition for Jewish Concerns (AMCHA) is arguing that by perpetuating the “myth” that that a powerful lobby of those who are loyal to Israel first and America second controls the reins of government, the prosecutors in the AIPAC case are emulating the prosecutors of French Jewish Army officer Alfred Dreyfus who was convicted of treason based on secret evidence. In reality, Ken Ford is the actual new Alfred Dreyfus. Dreyfus was targeted because he was Jewish, Ford was partly targeted because he was a rising African American intelligence professional in a world that is largely composed of conservative white males. It will be interesting to see whether Judge Messitte follows the precedent set by Judge Ellis in the AIPAC case. Within 9 years, King Willilam got the British Treasury in great debt to the Bank of England, following the power elite's principle of get them in debt to control them. This principle was used thorughout the 18th and 19th centuries via costly wars to control entire nations which had imperialist ambitions. Tremendous fortunes were built during this time by the power elite, primarily reflected in emerging oil cartels such as Standard Oil (Rockefellers) with Anglo-Iranian (worked with Rhodes/Milner Group) and Shell (Royal Dutch, William and Mary came to England from Holland). By the early 20th century, John D. Rockefeller had his agents in every hamlet of the U.S., and foundations (e.g., Rockefeller) were used to further the power elite's designs. Congressional Research director Norman Dodd said that minutes from a Carnegie Endowment meeting revealed the attitude that war would be a primary vehicle for accomplishing their goals. Both Presidents Woodrow Wilson and FDR have spoken and written about these powerful people who literally own our government. This power elite has had its operatives in key positions, and a young Druid, Winston Churchill, conducted a study of what the U.S. reaction would be if a passenger liner with Americans on board were to be sunk by a German submarine. Some years later, British Secretary of State Sir Edward Grey (close to the Rhodes/Milner Group) deliberately misled German Ambassador Lichnowsky to begin World War I. And Lord Esher (member of Cecil Rhodes' Circle of Initiates) plotted to shed American blood as soon as possible to get the U.S. into the war. Why a war with Germany? This was done to weaken Germany militarily and economically as a threat to the power elite's plans, including access to Middle East oil. After the war, Sir Percy Cox (Rhodes/Milner Group) carved up the Middle East into various nations, establishing Kuwait as a block to Iraq's access to the sea, thus controlling oil routes. The First World War was also fought to get nations in debt and to bring about the power elite's League of Nations as a world government. When the League wasn't successful, a second world war was needed, so the power elite built up Germany again as well as imperialist Japan, even selling the latter scrap metal with which to build warships. Nazi officers were on many Standard Oil tankers to be sure they weren't sunk. And the German General Staff developed a secret plan to bring about the power elite's control beginning in the 1990s (see Chapter 9 of Sumner Welles' THE TIME FOR DECISION, 1944). Prime Minister Churchill (who had a secret circle) and FDR knew about the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in advance (see Skull Bones member Henry Stimson's diary about FDR maneuvering Japan into firing the first shot). The Second World War also allowed the permanent stationing of U.S. forces in Germany and Japan. After World War II, the power elite finally fulfilled the promise of the Balfour Declaration to the Jews, and the nation of Israel was established in 1948. This was not due to any particular affinity for the Jewish people, but rather to have a militarily strong but economically dependent (and therefore subject to coercion) country in the midst of Arab oil nations. An example of Israel being able to check Arab military efforts can be seen with the Israeli victory in their 1967 war. But the power elite's management of Israel can also be seen in the recent Israeli failure to crush Hezbollah, probably due to economic coercion (e.g., threats of no further loans or foreign investments). The year after the founding of Israel, the power elite in 1949 facilitated the success of the Chinese Communists over Chinese Nationalists, who relocated largely to Taiwan, thus allowing the permanent presence of U.S. forces there. The permanent stationing of U.S. troops in South Korea near the north of China and the south of the USSR was facilitated by the deliberately no win Korean War in the early 1950s. I have quoted many times Lincoln Bloomfield's 1962 study for the State Department, in which he indicated that if the Communist dynamic were greatly abated, the West might lose whatever incentive it has for world government. Thus, it was important to the power elite that the USSR and China be perceived as real threats so as to further the dialectical process that would synthesize Eastern Communism and Western Capitalism into a final World Socialist Government. Online digital currency business e-Gold has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Washington, D.C. The company and its owners have been accused of running an unregulated financial network that catered to criminals moving money. Founded in the 1990s, e-Gold allows users to move monetary funds across the internet by transferring ownership of gold bars. A user can move money on the internet simply by transferrring a tiny amount of gold to another user's account instantly, and e-Gold earns a commission on each transfer. Unlike credit cards, e-Gold transactions are non-reversible and all transactions are final. According to a statement by the Department of Justice, the indictment alleges that the owners of e-Gold allowed their service to conduct fund transfers despite knowing that the money being moved was the result of illegal activity such as credit card and investment fraud and child exploitation. http://blog.wired.com/27bstroke6/2007/04/egold_owner_cal.html E-Gold Founder Calls Indictment a Farce The charges were a year in coming but e-gold owner founder Doug Jackson was finally indicted on money laundering and other charges, according to a Department of Justice announcement last week. I originally wrote about e-gold's legal troubles last December in this piece about the 2005 raid on the Florida offices of Gold and Silver Reserve, e-gold's parent company, and about e-gold's cooperation with law enforcement agencies to track criminals using its service. The government says e-gold -- a digital cash service -- facilitates child pornography and identity theft crimes by allowing criminals to pay for porn with e-gold and launder other funds gained through credit card fraud and other illicit activities. But Jackson, who has been anticipating charges since the December 2005 raid, says the government's claims are a farce since e-gold has been cooperating with authorities for years to track child pornographers and other criminals. In the story I published, Jackson and his lawyer described tools they developed to track and halt criminals using their system. Through these efforts, they were able to cull extensive forensic evidence to help authorities trace illegal activities to their perpetrators. Other agencies recognized the value of this data. But for some reason, Jackson says, Justice officials and the Secret Service did not. He says it's a mark of their dysfunction that all the while they were trying to build a case against e-gold, they were missing out on evidence that could have helped them battle the real criminals. They've been married to this agenda of e-gold being the bad guy and as a result some real urgent important crime fighting didn't happen or took a backseat, Jackson told me by phone this morning. So bad guys are essentially still walking the street because the DoJ and Secret Service decided to run with this idea that e-gold is the bad guy instead of the alternative reality which is that e-gold is their best weapon in the war against cybercrime. Jackson and his lawyers say they've cooperated with hundreds of requests for information from the FBI, U.S. Postal Inspection Service and even foreign law enforcement agencies. They've also helped undercover agents set up e-gold accounts to transact with child pornographers. The requests came as often through formal legal channels -- such as subpoenas -- as they did through informal ones (simple email requests that Jackson honored, despite the fact that such requests violated the terms of his user agreement to not share data with law enforcement without a court order). Here's an example of an email Jackson received from one law enforcement group thanking him for information he supplied them (c/p in the email refers to child porn): We are now in possession of the target information. Thankyou. Now I am working to provide background information on E-gold and more importantly supporting documentation on how to provide proof (evidence) that the subjects involved did infact purchase c/p. The first question that will be asked once a partner law enforcement agency receives such data will be how do we know that they purchased access to c/p? Normally I would require copies of the preview sites (images of c/p found) to indicate that thee were aware of the nature of their purchase. The mere name of the URL is not enough (eg www.lolita) we need to go beyond this layer and check under the hood so to speak. If e-gold investigators actually checked the sites that access was purchased then we need either a copy of their notes decribing what they observed and any images captured that prove the site provided access to c/p. Again I appreciate the data and hope that this is something that won't overly task you. Thanks Despite this cooperation, Jackson says the Secret Service and DoJ have continued to characterize him as aiding and abetting criminals. Strangely, Jackson says that after the Wired News story came out, a high-level US attorney told him privately, We know you guys aren't criminals, and the last thing we want is for anyone to go to jail. We don't want the company to fail we just want you to clean up your act. But Jackson says the agency has never described what cleaning up their act would entail since they already cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies. The initial criminal affidavit, filed under seal in 2005, accused Jackson and Gold and Silver of aiding terrorists and child pornographers. But prosecutors later dropped the criminal claim, replacing it with a civil complaint charging Gold and Silver with operating as an unlicensed money-transmitting business. Jackson's lawyers say the charges are all bogus because Gold and Silver isn't a money transmitter, since the company doesn't accept cash from customers, only wire transfers. Back in 1996, weeks before filing my first sworn statement to the FBI regarding the meeting between my parents and Janet Reno at Disneyland, I had a new roommate. One day she brings home this teenage boy. Out of the blue he asked me if I liked James Bond and offers me a video tape hand-labeled James Bond: A View to a Kill. I graciously accepted the video but as I was taking classes at the time just put it away until I later had time later to finally watch it. Instead of the film, the tape is a collection of television news reports from years before regarding terrorist threats here in the Seattle area in addition to other educational-type and triggering material. I immediately started having a flashback of having been shown the footage years before while drugged as part of my training. I hate sometimes feeling like the boy in Omen 2 when he learns the military knows more about him than he does, especially after winning awards despite being a huge rabble-rouser: Presidential Academic Fitness Award for Government from a Department of Defense School (1988) and Dorm Leadership Award from the University of Washington (1989) As it appears that my gang stalkers may have started screwing with me again, I feel the need to write more publically about my experiences of the last decade and more.
