Don't get too excited. Formerly Pakistan said that India ran Omar and killed Pearl to make Pak ISI look bad, and Omar was instructed to say that he killed Pearl to embarrass Pak ISI. Trouble is that Omar turned himself in to his commanding officer in Pak ISI a week before he was turned over to Pak police, so he was briefed to say he wanted to embarrass the Pak government, and then Pak ISI would fill in the legend that India ran Omar. Now, MI6. In fact, MI6, CIA, and Pak ISI worked on 911 together, and killing Pearl was part of 911, paving the way for Porter Goss, Omar's boss by way of Pak ISI General Mahmud Amad, to become director of CIA.

On February 21, 2002, a videotape titled "The Slaughter of the Spy-Journalist, the Jew Daniel Pearl" was released.

Has the Commission used its power of subpoena? [NO! not one individual was sub-poenaed!]

The Commission has issued three subpoenas of government agencies: the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Department of Defense, and the City of New York. In all three instances, the issues were resolved amicably, without litigation. The Commission received the access that was necessary to fulfill its mandate

When was the Commission created, and when is it supposed to report?

The National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (known as the 9-11 Commission) was created by Public Law 107-306, signed by the President on November 27, 2002. P.L. 107-306 originally required the Commission to report to the President and Congress 18 months after enactment, or no later than May 27, 2004. Recently Congress passed and the President signed legislation which extends the reporting deadline by two months, to July 26

August 10, 2004 8:31 A.M. EDT THE PRESIDENT: Thank you all for coming. I'm pleased to announce my decision to nominate Congressman Porter Goss as the next Director of the Central Intelligence Agency

Murdering Pearl allowed the 911 Commission to omit details Pearl would have published about 911 after interviewing Omar and KSM. The 911 Commission did not mention Porter Goss meeting with Pak ISI's director, who himself ordered his man Omar to fund lead hijacker Atta in Porter's hometown(see Daniel Hopsicker http://www.madcowprod.com ).

Would be hijacker Zacarias Moussaoui concurs that Omar was MI6/CIA/FBI, but so were they all, all of al-CIA-duh, from the days of the Muslim Brotherhood and Osama bin Laden working for CIA in many countries.

There is a chance that Omar believed Pearl was being kidnapped to make the demands as stated as soon as Pearl was kidnapped, and that CIA/MI6 escalated to killing Pearl in order to sanitize the 911 Commission Report and make Porter Goss director of CIA. NOTE that would mean MI6 killed Pearl, but not according to Musharaf's scenario of using Omar to do it. Omar did what Pak ISI ordered him to, and no less, in any case not killing Pearl or deciding on his own to have Pearl killed.

Khalid Sheikh Mohamed was not mentioned as having been present when Pearl was beheaded, but KSM was present when the longtime kidnapper Saud Memon's contract kidnapping gang which worked with Omar was arrested on September 11, 2002.

KSM would have been arrested for WTCbomb if he had not been al-CIA-duh. And the 911 Commission would have told us that KSM was Pakistani if he was not al-CIA-duh. The 911 Commission would have told us Omar was Pakistani if he was not al-CIA-duh, but he was, so the report inserts the name of an Egyptian who was arrested before 911 in place of Omar's name. That spells al-CIA-duh because the Egyptian was in custody when he would have sent $200,000 to Atta, which exposes the 911 Commission report as a fraud again.
