Other than the shutdown in less than 30 seconds, the behavior you're
describing is consistent with what's in the doc.
From the earlier notes, the base timeout value is 45 seconds. That value is
adjusted based upon the various factors. I described some of those in an

really spell it out. It is of concern however -- it can take a VERY long
