This feature is the basis for several timelines. I miss the timeline
feature in Cinelerra for a long time. If you agree, I would like to make
some suggestions on this

GoodGuy has been building Cinelerra using an original 14.2 Slackware and
every time he has tried to upgrade, he gets errors that he does not know
how to fix. So we have just been using that. He will try to start from
scratch

One bug I've found: if the path to the imported EDL is long, it gets
truncated. It would be nice to have th option of giving our own names to
the nested EDLs, or if they would assume the name of the origin file (maybe
they already do, but it's being truncated in

I would change the Off, On, Dbl labels to Off, AA, AA+
AA means AntiAliasing.
Or, like in other pull down menu:
AA (with a strike line on it)

And, if possible, an hint when you are over it (Antialiasing).
