Tough call -- I really need to check this out and understand it better.
But if someone else can, I would appreciate the help.
I will finish what I am currently testing - 0004, 0015, 0005-0008,
0011-0013, 0042 - which should not take much longer and then look at 0009
again.

It needed on NetBSD (i need one more patch rel. to netbsd.patch I made
earlier, but I hope to check it first on Freebsd..)

I think I only added two new patches - one workarounding thd encode having
ghost 0ch stream and second adding netbsd-specific ifdefs..
if things work for you as-is - hopefully with time and testing pile will
shrink)

Checked into GIT. Tested on 32-bit Debian 9.1 just to be sure and includes
