Media component. Our festival, in its 6th year, this being the 2nd year of
the Interactive and New Media component, is looking for presenters for
workshops and panels. The festival is May 4-9, with the Interactive

Use
mpeg3toc mediapath tocfile
to create toc. 'mediapath' must be absolute.
mpeg3toc is part of cinelerra.

deleting those files, I get that error first. If they exist, I don't get that
error.
As far as I can tell, it requires X Windows to generate the TOC file(s), just
because it pops up a very quick status dialog that it is
