Other oddities, Rendering mov with x264 & pcm or any audio gives me gray video, audio's fine. That's the same as it was with the deb-multimedia version. x264 was one of the patches I guess this wasn't addressed. Although I've seen other posts about it. I realize there isn't much x264 options available, but if this worked. Rendering a quick clip to post on the web would be easy. Especially if I'm trying to talk other people into using Cinelerra. I made a short mjpeg.avi clip in gimp and added it to a movie. It worked in the deb 4.4. It now shows just green frames. It's just the same picture cropped and scaled to 720x480. Gavin, The cinelerra available from deb-multimedia has a bug that dumps some garbage over the file name, thats why I did that. % sign works just fine , Thanks.
