4.2(1)N2(1), released on 30-Jul-2010, has the fix for this, and
supports all VLANs (for the purposes of MST, the VLANs are still
reserved). Also seems to have solved a nasty little LACP bug I ran
into. Since the Nexus didn't explicitly support LACP Fast
