Large packet reaching smaller MTU is simply discarded.
If you establish BGP session over large MTU links, and then session
reroutes over smaller MTU link, you might see BGP Updates not passing
trough - while session is established due to smaller sized keepalives.
PMTU works only when establishing
Hi,
Could you try no spanning-tree etherchannel guard misconfig on 4948.

It's been a while but, the following might do it
^(100_)+([0-9_]+)(_\2)*$
It matches any customer of 100 also accounting for case where both 100 and
customer are prepending.

For what its worth, we use OpenBGP's LG on OpenBSD. It peers "read-only"
with our Internet Gateway routers and Route Reflectors.
Advantages:
- Probably one of, if not the most secure solution.
- No logging at all on routers themselves.
- By simple deduction you get to see the best active route on
Greeting,
We have a somewhat unusual scenario with thousands of CPE devices each
using cellular interface and gre tunnel to connect to hub router, currently
ASR 1001x.
The hub router deploys NHRP map multicast with GRE tunnels and bgp session
to each cpe device, each tunnel different customer vrf c
Hi,
That's great, because we had the same chassis in mind.
The peculiarity comes from the way CPEs are configured, routing, NAT
between vrfs, one tunnel limit per CPE, and some other things.
Anyway, awesome - thank you.
