The admin of the server can do a bulk import with a csv file.
But the first 2 fields of each row are the user ID and domain for the IMP user
so still a long process.

It’s not in Jabber but in IMP. Under BAT. However it’s not smart, as in you
can have the same contact twice or more if not careful.

cop file patch for CUCM.
Can this same patch file be used for same versions of CUC, UCCX, CUPS?
The documents and readme only mentions CUCM.

I took a quick look in to this when Matthew first asked, just to see what I
could whip up, and what I saw was a local folder on my Windows PC, with
files that were encoded in sqllite v3 format.

I second the PUT answer. And if I recall correctly, when downloading from
PUT, it's an ISO, but you really need to open the ISO archive and pull out
the OVA to load into vSphere. 7-zip is my archiving utility of choice.
The OVA provisions the guest in vSphere and contains the OS/App unlike
CUCM
Yes...I just wish the doc would state all the applications it works on, and the
bug IDs for the issue for the various apps pointed to same fix. Some of the bug
IDs say fixed but no fixed-in version listed.
