The 5400's doesn't support DSPFarm profiles of any kind. Although, I was able to configure Transcoders and MTP profiles but had a load of issues. TAC case opened which gave me the good news on these 5400's. We use 5400's for most of our incoming call center environment and have had to work

We’ve gone live with the new RF SR140 F0Ip environment a couple of months ago. For the most part, things are working great. There are a couple of destinations however that we don’t seem to be able to successfully send to, even though I can send from the standalone fax machine in my office

That can be a possibility for Ed, assuming RightFax is playing the CNG. However, I would add that PRACK doesn't automatically grant early media. The only time PRACK helps with establishing early media is in a call flow with an outbound delayed offer INVITE and an inbound 183 provisional that

That “pre-tone” you’re referring to is called the CNG tone, assuming you hear it every 3 seconds on your calling fax machine. It’s basically what tells the remote end “I’m a fax machine” but many devices no long wait to hear this before attempting to start negotiating capabilities. However, it
