It was the root ca cert causing this. Thanks everyone for the input On Mon, Mar 14, 2016 at 1:44 PM, Ryan Huff wrote: > Correct; tomcat-trust is the trust store where the trusted CA chain goes > and then the server certificate goes in the tomcat category. > > Afterwards;

Correct; tomcat-trust is the trust store where the trusted CA chain goes and then the server certificate goes in the tomcat category. Afterwards; you should only need a restart of tomcat services. However, if the nodes are having issues trusting one another within the cluster (assuming that

I did that as well but I'm not 100% sure if the entire Root CA chain got installed. I'll check that. What made me try inserting the multi-server SAN into the tomcat-trust is that the IM entries for tomcat-trust have vanished. Maybe I'm mis-remembering seeing them there in the first place. On

Also, as Anthony mentions, the identity (server) certificate goes into tomcat and the root CA and intermediary CAs go into tomcat-trust. Sent from my iPhone On Mar 14, 2016, at 3:11 PM, Ryan Huff > wrote: Did you also install the root CA and

Did you also install the root CA and all/any intermediaries leading up to the identity certificate on all nodes? As a matter of practice, I always start with the root and build my way out to the identity, on each node. Thanks, Ryan Sent from my iPhone On Mar 14, 2016, at 2:54 PM, Anthony

Here are some things to check… 1) Put a volt meter across tip and ring to measure the ringing voltage ( AC ) . Should be above 75 volts AC 2) If it is old rural copper and a long distance from the CO there may be load coils on the pair. The Telco can confirm this and may need to be

Just to clarify, your Multi-Server SAN cert should be installed to Tomcat and not Tomcat Trust. The signing CA cert should go in Tomcat Trust. Is that what you meant to say you did? On Mon, Mar 14, 2016 at 1:47 PM, Erick Wellnitz wrote: > I have a strange issue with

I have a strange issue with CUCM 11.0.1 and IM 11.0.1 We installed the multi-server SAN cert for tomcat and now the IM data monitor service is in an unknown state according to the system troubleshooter. The SAN cert is installed to tomcat-trust so it shouldn't be a cert issue. Done service

I wouldn’t be so quick to rule out cabling. Ring voltage is WAY higher than anything else that goes through that cable, so ringing can often highlight cabling problems that other signals appear to be fine with. It is common to have a “partial” short (e.g. nicked wire insulation, or moisture)

Sounds like you know what your doing, but I'll just ask and confirm three things: 1. Did you plug in an analog phone to the analog line (aka 1FB, aka POTS) and confirm inbound and outbound dialing? I couldn't tell from your wording, if you plugged the phone into the router or the trunk line. 2.

Jamie, Is there a plar on the voice port going somewhere you are not expecting maybe? Have you tried a new cable from the demarcation to the router? If the telco is using anti-tinkle circuits, you may need to play around with the ring in frequency. You may also need to adjust the dc-offset
