I recently upgraded a site to 10.x and they were out of compliance but CER
never stopped working. Just the warning banner in CER and in PLM. There would
be lawsuits a'plenty if 911 calls stopped flowing. Even if it is the
customer's fault for being out of compliance. No real way to say that
If the FXO port is your only PSTN connectivity then you will only be able to
have a single caller from the outside join the conference. The rest would have
to be internal.
Can you be more specific on what you are trying to accomplish.
