All, After upgrading from UCCX 8.5 to UCCX 10.5.1 I noticed, in real time reporting tool, two of this customer's CSQ's are showing their call statistics as cumulative numbers, meaning they are not resetting at midnight like the rest of the queue's. Any thoughts?? Michele Russo Harttree

Anyone run into an issue with a specific Stock Value List entry before? The entry: UCCX_VoiceOrEmail_CSQ_Names UCCX [Online] STOCK Value List for voice or Email CSQ Names. Chat CSQs not included in this list The symptoms were that 3 reports (below) were not populating the CSQ names in the
