I have a new 10.5 Unity cluster and the all ports on the second server are
reporting OutOfService:MIU. I was planning to switch into this server as we
have only ran on the primary since install . I was going to restart the server
but wanted to see if anyone else had seen this error first.

If you are seeing this in Unity Connections, try restarting the conversation
services on that node.
Also make sure DNS is functioning still for the cluster (if DNS is being used).
I assume a CCP integration with cucm, so check the phone system and port
groups, make
So where are you seeing the out of service message? In call manager's voicemail
port page?
