[cisco-voip] Unity 10.5 error

I have a new 10.5 Unity cluster and the all ports on the second server are reporting OutOfService:MIU. I was planning to switch into this server as we have only ran on the primary since install . I was going to restart the server but wanted to see if anyone else had seen this error first.
