I know I've fixed this particular issue before but I can't seem to find where I did it. I have one mailbox in Connection 8.6 that shows 9 messages in the Admin interface but at the user's phone it only tells us there are 8 saved messages. Any hints would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Am I doing something wrong on 9971? I have a single 9971 with two calls. One call on each line. I can't conference them together (in the old days a 7965 would use the Join softkey, but Join is gone from 9971)
