The SIP messages are showing the local private IP address of the LAN (see
below) gi0/0 address which the SP is rejecting. I have tried to bind the SIP
messages to a loopback with the public address and it is now showing the
correct address in the invites etc. but I am not seeing any

I'm hoping someone can tell me the purpose of the SDL event CtiCallParkNotify
sent from CallPark to CTIHandler. During a call park event from a JTAPI client,
I'm seeing the standard SDL event CtiLineCallParkReq from CTIDeviceLineMgr to
StationD and the proper response CtiLineCallParkRes
After hitting send I noticed the Cisco Desktop Browser and IP Phone Agent
Service and a lot of other services were Shutdown. Perhaps I didn’t give the
service enough time after the CCX Service Engine restarted from setup via
AppAdmin.
The 7965 phone is using
I would think that error would be expected because you are not passing the
parameters for the login.

You can enable it by running the command utils uccx finesse activate.

Excellent - I'll check out CTI Manager traces covering the registration of the
JTAPI client. I'm guessing I'll see new instances of CTIHandler created for
each registration.
