I have applied following action
In our Cisco ASA 5520, I have added the following access rule
access-list Inside_access_in extended permit udp host 192.168.50.2 any eq
ntp,
Is there any
it’s going to be:
CUCM (udp/123) — NTP (udp/123)
Both direction 123 needs to be open.

It really depends on your environment. You can use the packet tracer tool
on the ASA to make sure the NTP traffic is making it out okay.
