[cisco-voip] R: Add CPU on UC infrastructure

2016-05-26 Thread Alessandro Bertacco
Because After Upgrade to V11 from V10.5, and moving Virtual Machine to ESXi5
to ESX6, during boot and during service start up CPU are always 100%, and
booting Up are Slow as Old Snail!!

Note that Virtul Machine now Run on SSD Disk Storage!!

I would first answer your question, with a question of my own. Why do you
need to add additional CPUs to your UC virtual?

Thanks,

Ryan

Thanks,

Yes

We have quite a few doors and entry gates that are well over 300 feet away from
any closet.

Thanks

Thanks Norm. So you use the analog versions, right?

I use them for doors, gates and large loading dock doors and they work well.
Also look at Viking.

Anyone have any issues with using the analog version of door security systems
with Cisco phones? We're not in a position to install the SIP model, so we just
want to be able to install the analog version.

I just want to make sure that when the system calls an extension, the user on
the other side can press 6 to open the door.
